21. Frederick Henry³ Brown (Frederick O.², Thomas¹) was born in Harrington, Kent County, DE 3 January 1899.⁽⁶⁴⁾ Frederick died 2 April 1934 in Felton, Kent County, DE, at 35 years of age.⁽⁶⁵⁾ Died of Tuberculosis.

He married Rachel Bernard in Felton, Kent County, DE, 2 January 1920. Rachel was born in Masten's Corner, Kent County, DE 24 January 1902. Rachel was the daughter of Joseph Bernard and Louisa Wyatt. Rachel died September 1982 in Harrington, Kent County, DE, at 80 years of age. Her body was interred September 1982 in Masten's Corner, Kent County, DE, Hopkins Cemetery.

He worked as an assistant for Mr. Harrington who owned the grist mill. He later worked for the railroad, but it wasn't too long before he returned to work for Mr. Harrington.

28 iv. Thomas (Dick) Brown was born 24 Mar 1928. Thomas died Jul 1978 in Harrington, Kent County, DE, at 50 years of age.
